We invite you to volunteer your time and knowledge to participate as a judge at the 2022 Pacific Northwest ASCE Student Symposium.<\/p>\n<p>One (1) head judge is required for each competition and is responsible for meeting with their respective judge&#8217;s panel and ensuring tasks and expectations are understood. Student coordinators will not be involved in any judge&#8217;s panel meetings regarding scoring.<\/p>\n<p>Judges will need to be available for the following:<\/p>\n<p>Pre-Symposium:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training hosted by ASCE (Head Judges Only) | February, 2022 (Date\/Time TBD)<\/li>\n<li>Judges Panel Meetings (To be organized by Head Judge)<\/li>\n<li>Competition Run-Through | April, 2022 (Date\/Time TBD)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At Symposium:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Captains Meeting | Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 (Evening, Time TBD)<\/li>\n<li>Competition Day | Thursday, April 28th, 2022<\/li>\n<li>Race Day | Friday, April 29th, 2022 (Concrete Canoe Judges Only)<\/li>\n<li>Awards Ceremony (Optional) | Friday, April 29th, 2022 (Evening, Time TBD)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please review the judge competition duties in the <a href=\"https:\/\/studentsymposium.asce.org\/pacific-northwest\/competitions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">respective competition rules<\/a> and fill out the Judge Interest form below if you would like to volunteer![\/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=&#8221;Judge Interest Form&#8221; color=&#8221;sky&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;bounceIn&#8221; button_block=&#8221;true&#8221; link=&#8221;url:https%3A%2F%2Fforms.gle%2F5RrzAWGX8SCMYXXLA|target:_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Judges are integral to the successful operation of the ASCE Student Symposiums.
