Housing Reminder
- Registration for invited team members and the faculty advisor includes housing in the dorms at Fairmont State University, so teams will not need to make hotel reservations on their own.
- Please note that on-campus housing is only provided for registered attendees, and housing will not be available for spectators. Recommended hotel options for spectators can be found in Mailer 1.

“Bill Me Later” Option on Registration
- The “Bill Me Later” option is available for teams that plan to submit one combined payment for all attendees.
- Attendees who will be included in the group payment must complete their registration individually and select the “Bill Me Later” option at checkout.
- Once all registrations are completed, the School Contact should email [email protected] with a spreadsheet that includes the names, email addresses, and registration order numbers for all attendees being paid under the single payment.
- ASCE Registration will then provide the School Contact with a group invoice and payment instructions.
- To submit payment, the School Contact should call ASCE Customer Service at 800-548-2723, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET, with the payment information
