All attendees and participants must register.
Each team must register and list the names of all team members. NOTE: Every team participant must also complete an individual registration.
The deadline for both team and individual registration is February 28. Late registration will begin on March 1.
Payments may be completed by credit card during online registration.
For payment by check, complete the online form and mail a check to ASCE Frontier Symposium c/o ASCE Texas Section, 5511 Parkcrest Dr, Ste 207, Austin, TX 78731. Checks should be made out to “ASCE Texas Section”. IMPORTANT: With or on check, include school, team, and/or individuals who payment applies.
All payments must be received on or before April 1, 2025.
All cancelation requests must be provided in writing to [email protected] on or before April 1, 2025. After this deadline, no refunds will be provided. Please contact [email protected] or (512) 472-8905 with any questions about registration.

NOTE—individual registration includes: Career Fair; Lunch, Dinner, periodic Snacks (Thurs, Fri, Sat); Conference t-shirt and attendee bag (shirt and bag are not guaranteed for late registrations); Paid Parking/Park Entry Fee (if needed at official event activities); and Awards Banquet (only when selected for professional registrations).
