Individual Registration

The Individual Registration Form must be filled out by ALL individuals attending the symposium including chapter members, team competitors, chapter spectators, guest teams, faculty advisors. The Individual Registration Form contains liability waiver information that must be reviewed and acknowledged by every individual attending, participating, and/or spectating at the symposium.

Please complete the Individual Registration Form and submit payment by February 15, 2026.

Attendee Registration Fee 

Early attendee registration is Rs. 2000 per person.

Very Early Registration 18/01/2026 to 15/02/2026: 2000 INR
Early Registration 16/02/2026 to 1/03/2026: 2200 INR
Regular Registration 2/03/2026 to 20/03/2026: 2400 INR
Very Late / On-Site Registration (On or after March 21, 2026): 2,600 INR

1. Includes Breakfast, Lunch & Transport from UPES to PEC.
2. This registration to be paid individually and valid for all events
3. This fee doesn’t include the transportation of the canoe from your state to Chandigarh, i.e., transportation of the canoe is to be taken care of by the team themselves.
