Attendees<br>should bring a <strong>photo ID<\/strong> to confirm vaccination for the person entering. Verification<br>records will NOT be retained by the event.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The entrance requirement can be met in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>UC Davis employees or students are required to show their valid <strong>Daily Symptom Survey<\/strong> compliance email.<\/li><li>Non-affiliate attendees can show:<ul><li>Their <strong>CDC Vaccine Card<\/strong> (phone image acceptable) or <a href=\"https:\/\/myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">digital vaccine record <\/a>from the State of California&nbsp;<strong>OR<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li>A <strong>negative<\/strong> COVID-19 test result from the <strong>last 72-hours<\/strong>. (must be a lab\/PCR test; home tests\/antigen tests are not valid)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the proof of vaccination, guests\/non-affiliates are required to complete the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/campusready.ucdavis.edu\/symptom-survey\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/campusready.ucdavis.edu\/symptom-survey\" target=\"_blank\">Visitor Daily Symptom Survey<\/a> and abide by California Department of Public Health (CDPH) guidance which requires individuals to wear a face-covering in indoor public settings and businesses. Attendees should also review the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/campusready.ucdavis.edu\/visitors\" target=\"_blank\">requirements for visitors coming to campus<\/a> prior to attending the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucdavis.edu\/news\/uc-davis-announces-change-indoor-masking-effective-march-19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">March 2, 2022 announcement<\/a> from the university, masks are no longer required for most indoor settings. Masks will still be required for public transit and in clinical settings in accordance with the federal, state, and local guidelines. These changes will also apply to the symposium. We will not be mandating masks indoors, but we highly encourage and support any attendees who choose to wear a face covering.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Please be aware that proof of vaccination is required for the Symposium.
