I coordinate with officers, advisors, and professionals to provide guidance and resources where needed, representing SJSU ASCE in all Midpac efforts.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]As a practitioner advisor for the SJSU ASCE chapter, I provide professional guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to help student officers and members manage the chapter effectively. Managing cross-functional committees, delegating tasks and ensuring on-time delivery of competitions, sponsorships, and event logistics.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]I am essentially the secretary of Midpac Committee. I take notes during meetings. In addition, I know what is happening with the other chairs. I help aid the Midpac Director, and remind them of important dates\/ tasks. Overall, I help aid the other chairs if help is needed. Lastly I help with aesthetics, merch, and logos for Midpac.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]As professional events chair, I am responsible for helping coordinate Midpac events such as the banquet, workshops, as well as coordinate with judges for competitions.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”4222″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”4226″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”4353″ img_size=”600×900″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_text_separator title=”Design & Media Chair”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_text_separator title=”Logistics Chair”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_text_separator title=”Co-Logistics Chair”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]Sonia Guzman Alvarez<\/em><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]Sai Ananyu<\/em><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]Dipti Gupta<\/em><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]Main lead for design and media for all things regarding the symposium. Including sponsorship packet design, website layout, promotional items, & media advertisement.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]I help organize all of the logistics for the event! I am involved in the scheduling of the activities, drafting the mailers, and ensuring all participating universities have the resources to have a great time at the conference.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]I\u2019m the main lead in terms of organizing the main logistics of Midpac. I will also help present on behalf of the committee.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]Planning the society-wide and regional competition. Including finding judges, creating the schedule for each competition.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]I assist with the planning and logistics for Midpac, organizing and managing all aspects of the competitions.
