Springhill Suites Old Dominion University-Norfolk: 4500 Hampton Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23508

Rooms are available to book at a 20% discounted rate. Simply call the hotel and ask for the ODU Parent/Alumni rate, as you will be attending an event at Chartway Arena, you will be eligible for this rate. Events occur at Chartway Arena on Saturday, April 11th, this is right across the street from the hotel.

Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront: 5700 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23451

Events will occur at the hotel on Friday, April 10th, and in the evening on Thursday, April 9th. The hotel is a 7 minute drive to The Narrows at First Landing State Park, which is the location of the Concrete Canoe competition. A room block is available until March 21st for a rate of $149 plus $7.42 in taxes per night. Please use the following link to book, the group code is already applied. LINK

Reminder: ASCE Student Chapter dues and Student Chapter full Annual Reports must be submitted to ASCE no later than February 1st by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time – this is an eligibility requirement to advance to the Society-wide Finals Competition.
