Attire for the Awards Ball is formal. If you have tails and a ball gown, please wear them, but formal attire is required (men: tie and jacket, Women: formal wear). The ball will be located inside a hangar next to the USS Alabama Battleship. Access to the deck of the Battleship is allowed prior to the start of dinner in the hangar. High-heeled shoes are NOT permitted on the deck of the Battleship. Any shoes may be worn on the premises and in the Hangar for the ball, just not on the Battleship itself.
