Per CSU policy, vaccinations and booster shots for COVID-19 are required for all students, staff, and faculty to access campus facilities and participate in campus held events. To abide by these requirements, proof of vaccination will be verified during check-in with a photo ID. Verification record will NOT be retained by the event. Chinese schools do not need to provide proof of vaccination, as this is a requirement for in-person attendees only.
Check-in requirements can be met in one of the following ways:
- Students, staff and faculty from the California State University system may show their school ID
- Any attendee can show:
- their CDC Vaccine Card (photo images acceptable) or digital vaccine record from the State of California.
- A negative COVID-19 test result from 72-hours prior to check-in. (Must be lab/PCR test, home test/antigen tests will not be valid)
