Please fill out the Individual Registration Form below by February 17, 2024.

The Individual Registration Form (scroll down) must be filled out by ALL individuals attending the symposium including chapter members, team competitors, chapter spectators, guest teams, faculty advisors, volunteers, judges, and ASCE Region Leadership.  The Individual Registration Form contains liability waiver information that must be reviewed and acknowledged by every individual attending, participating, and/or spectating at the symposium.

Individual Registration is $180 per person, due by February 17, 2024.

All attendees must fill out a waiver from the University of Hawaii. The button below will take you to a Google Drive folder with two waivers (PDFs on the website). Please fill out the waiver appropriate to you.

• If you are a minor, fill out Appendix 07C
• If they are an adult, fill out Appendix 07B
