  • November 3, 2023: Concrete Canoe Preliminary Project schedule and RFQ pre-Qualification Form due
  • November 3, 2023: Intent and Acknowledgement of Eligibility Forms due for all Society-wide Competitions
  • December 1, 2023: Student Chapter Registration form and payment due (postmarked)
  • January 8, 2024: Surveying Task 1A Mapping Project released to teams
  • January 29, 2024: Mailer 2 released.
  • January 16, 2024: Timber-Strong Design Build Phase One Project deliverables are due. (Unique and secure link to be provided to each team from ASCE)
  • February 1, 2024: ASCE Student Chapter Fees & Annual Reports due to ASCE
  • February 1, 2024: ASCE Construction Institute Team Form due (ASCE to provide to team captains)
  • February 2, 2024: Mailer 2 Confirmation Receipt due
  • February 16, 2024: Concrete Canoe Project Proposal, Mix Design Sheets, and Materials Notebook due (Upload to respective folder link provided by ASCE)
