In celebration of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s 200th anniversary, RPI’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is excited to host the 2024 American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Upstate New York-CanadaStudent Symposium, April 11th-13th. Civil engineering students from 12 schools will be gathering to present their hard work on various projects, display their school spirit, and compete for symposium titles and qualifications to Society-wide competitions. This event helps students develop professionally, network with students from different schools, and connecting with local professionals whom they may work with in the future.
Sponsors will have the opportunity to engage with students, support future engineers, showcase their company, and show support for the ASCE Upstate New York-Canadas Student Symposium! Donations help cover venue reservations for competitions and events, award plaques, competition materials and other expenses that will make this a truly once in 200 years’ experience for an estimated 300 participants!
