Important Deadlines

2024

  • October 31: Fill out Mailer 1 Receipt Confirmation
  • November 1: Submit Statement of Intent and Acknowledgement of Eligibility for EACH ASCE Society Competition your chapter plans to compete in
  • November 1st by 5:00pm, Eastern –
    • Concrete Canoe Research & Development Schedule and RFQ Prequalification Form due
  • November 2024:
  • November 15: Student Chapter Symposium registration due
  • December 1: Submit Statement of Intent and Acknowledgement of Eligibility for Wastewater Treatment Competition

2025

  • January 6th by 5:00pm, Eastern
  • January 31: Phase One Project Deliverables due for Timber-Strong. A unique and secure link will be provided to each team by ASCE.
  • February 1st by 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time –
    • ASCE Student Chapter Annual Reports are due by 11:59 pm EST to ASCE. (More
      information on Annual Reports can be found here. If you have questions on your Annual
      Report, email [email protected]). Submitting the ASCE Student Chapter Annual Report
      is an eligibility requirement to compete at the Student Symposia Competitions and to
      advance to Society-wide Competition Finals. See the eligibility requirements for details.
  • February 1st by 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time –
    • ASCE Student Chapter annual dues must be paid, as received by ASCE, no later than
      11:59 p.m. EST. Paying ASCE Student Chapter annual dues is an eligibility requirement to
      compete at the Student Symposia Competitions and to advance to Society-wide
      Competition Finals. See the eligibility requirements for details.
  • February 3: Construction Institute Team Form Due (link will be sent from ASCE to team captains)
  • February 12: Attendee registration due
  • February 13th:
    • Concrete Canoe Project Proposal, Mix Design Sheets, & Materials Notebook due.
      (Upload to respective folder link provided by ASCE)
  • February 24th by 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time:
    • Surveying Competition Topographic Mapping Project Plans due by 5:00 pm EST
      (Unique and secure link to be provided to each team from ASCE)
  • February 28th –
    • Timber-Strong Design Build Phase Two Project deliverables are due.
      (Unique and secure link to be provided to each team from ASCE)
  • March 1st: Student Symposium Paper Competition submission
  • March 7th: Timber-Strong Design Build Phase Three Project deliverables are due.
    (Unique and secure link to be provided to each team from ASCE)
  • March 12: Final date for later attendee registration
  • April 7: Timber-Strong Design Build change orders and final submittals due
    (Unique and secure link to be provided to each team from ASCE)
  • April 10 – 12: ASCE Eastern Great Lakes Student Symposium
